Question Self- Catering and dogs

I would like to know how other people deal with guests bringing dogs to self-catering accommodation. I have allowed this after been assured of how well behaved their dogs were. I would provide a kennel, but no one will keep their dogs outside in the kennel. On departure I could easily add on two hours to cleaning and airing of accommodation for next guests. I am now going to have a no pets allowed policy. Do you think guest should be charged extra for bringing their dog, also a cleaning deposit?
