The purpose of this discussion forum is to provide a platform for tourism businesses, related hospitality businesses including food producers, restaurateurs, transport providers, hand-craft producers etc, academics and students where they can exchange ideas, discuss issues, and exchange information. The main goal is to foster the sharing of information among all interested parties. We welcome any suggestions, ideas, and opinions that will help us make this virtual community more functional and helpful to all of us.

Please remember that this is a fully moderated site. While we encourage open discussion and a free exchange of views, we will not tolerate spammers. Anyone attempting to sell something that is non-forum-related shall have their accounts deleted. We strongly recommend all members to provide some information in your profile to briefly introduce yourself to other group members. We also limit your personal signature to one web-address and those with non-forum related web-links will be deleted.

The main target audience for this site is those involved in the Irish Tourism industry. We also encourage contributions from tourism businesses outside of Ireland. To facilitate this we have set up a section of the forum entitled ‘International Tourism’ for those whom have tourism enterprises outside of Ireland.
